Auntie has been with the Tribe for just over HALF A YEAR and has made INCREDIBLE PROGRESS

Today she was doing weighted situps with a 22.5 lb dumbbell

She did her gorilla rows with two 40 lb kettlebells and a knee with arthritis and the other knee with replacement surgery

Then she did 1-arm pulldowns at a weight that she was using for regular pulldowns back in March

This lady is in her mid-60s guys! 🀯

She’s not my oldest client, and she definitely hustles like she is wayyy younger

And that is the beautiful side bonus to working out - turning back the biological clock πŸ•°οΈ

Teru signed up a couple months ago with the primary goals of strengthening his posterior chain -hamstrings and glutes- as well as his core

Every sport creates asymmetries and compensation patterns, and cycling is no different

Weight training is the BEST WAY to resolve structural imbalances and bring proportion and proper alignment back to the body

Teru is a frickin champ, here he is holding a pair of 40 lbs while doing lateral box step-overs - SUPER TOUGH πŸ’₯
