🎄 CLIENT FEATURE!! 🎄 Jess started her fitne 🎄 CLIENT FEATURE!! 🎄 Jess started her fitness journey with us at the end of June 2023 thanks to her bf referring her over to us - he used to train with me many years ago She came in totally new to weights, and had painfully weak knees that prevented her from doing her fav thing ever - long hikes and long runs 🏔️ After a few months of knee strengthening and postural realignment, she mentioned that she could go running for longer and farther than she had in years! The other week she excitedly told me that she just did an 8km run again, which was not a possibility before - now she has her sights on 10km 🥳 Being able to move without pain is fundamental to a quality life - but unfortunately it isn’t the case for some, even those who are young like Jess And, some physique progress highlights! ❄️ dropped over 7% body fat ❄️ lost almost 2 inches at the waist ❄️ lost over 5 INCHES off her hips/butt! ❄️ lost 9 inches all around her body overall ❄️ straighter posture ❄️ stronger arm and core, upper ab definition ❄️ way more full body coordination ❄️ stronger joints So proud of you Jess!!
